Synthesia, an artificial intelligence video platform focused on enterprise communications, has leased 50,000 square feet at 675 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan for its new US headquarters.
The deal places the company in a property owned by GFP Real Estate. Tenant broker Lee & Associates reported the lease, according to Commercial Observer.
Synthesia is backed by entrepreneur Mark Cuban and develops tools for business-focused video communications. The transaction adds to office demand from AI companies seeking major space in central Manhattan.
For office owners and occupiers, the lease illustrates how technology tenants can support demand for well-located space even as workplace requirements continue to shift. The available information does not disclose lease length, financial terms or the timing of Synthesia’s move.
