Planpoint, a Montreal-based real estate marketing startup, has emerged from stealth mode with software that makes floor plans and site maps interactive for prospective buyers and tenants.
The platform is aimed at development and property teams marketing homes for sale or rent. Rather than relying only on static drawings, it allows users to explore property layouts and available space through digital plan-based tools.
Among the companies using Planpoint are Brigil, Cogir and Mach, according to Commercial Observer's report on the launch.
For property markets including Latvia, where new residential schemes increasingly compete for buyer and tenant attention before completion, digital presentation tools can help clarify how units relate to a building or wider site. Their value depends on the accuracy of the underlying plans, availability information and project specifications presented to users.
